Good afternoon, neighbors:
Don and I wanted to pass on information about our new roof and Morning Star Restoration, the company that got the job done for us. We were denied an insurance claim on our roof 2 years ago after the hail storm. We tried for 2 years to fight the denial, but it was not until Tom Scott r and Susan Higbee from MorningStar Restoration knocked on our door that we were able to get the claim approved! Tom says that residents commonly believe it is the end of the story if their claim is denied. It is not! We would highly recommend that you call (805-4926) MorningStar Resortation if you have been denied an insurance claim on your home, or if you need a new roof. We are very pleased with MorningStar and their roofing crew. Their crew worked very hard, non-stop, and cleaned up every evening (or night when they stopped after dark!). | I just want to let you know that we are very happy with our new roof. It looks spectacular and the black paint on the vents and the cover on the crawl space entrance are nice finishing touches. It does indeed provide a level of security that something we needed to get done is now accomplished and is one less thing we have to think about. Dealing with you all and your crew was a good experience all around. My only regret is that I did not plan ahead for the work crew when they arrived. Had I been thinking I would have provided as much cold water and ice as possible before their arrival and more folding chairs in the shade. I truly admired how hard they worked in the heat that day. |

| After the hail storm in March 2008, I called MorningStar to have my roof inspected. I was able to get a whole exterior makeover with roof, siding, and gutter replacement. Working with my insurance restoration specialist Wayne Merrill was a pleasure. He met with our insurance adjuster, got on the roof, and fought on our behalf to get every issue addressed. All my project were completed to my satisfaction. I would recommend Morningstar Restoration to everyone! |
